Wild Sunset Sauna at St Bees - Friday 11th Jul

Parked in a beautiful location by St Bees beach, overlooking the sea and the famous St Bees Head, our portable sauna will be available from 5pm - 8pm for 50-minute sessions throughout the evening.

Take a break from your day to give your body the care it needs. The sauna will reduce your stress and tension and its location only adds to the experience. Already popular in countries like Finland, Sweden and Japan, saunas can help enhance recovery, resilience, and overall well-being.
