Contrast Therapy Events 

With our portable sauna, we hold regular contrast therapy events in some of the most beautiful areas of the Lake District and Cumbria. To enhance everyone’s individual experience, places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.

 

Our contrast therapy experience is currently only available for ages 18+.
