Our events are for everyone! The RX4 team will guide and support you on your experience  , whether it's a short session in our portable sauna or a full-day of self-exploration. Why should I come along?

Every Sunday we host free community dips at St. Bees Beach. 

 

We gather as a community to engage in cold water immersion together! Our purpose is to encourage beginners to come along and feel supported in their cold exposure journey. 

 

What you can expect:

  • Introductions and calming exercises.

  • Time in the water together.

  • Support by a trained instructor and the community.

  • A good chat with other people.

  • Tea, coffee and biscuits afterwards.
