Every Sunday!

Why should I come along?
Every Sunday we host free community dips at St. Bees Beach.
We gather as a community to engage in cold water immersion together! Our purpose is to encourage beginners to come along and feel supported in their cold exposure journey.
What you can expect:

Time in the water together.

Support by a trained instructor and the community.
