Elemental Reset: Breath, Fire, Ice is a powerful 2-hour experience designed to reconnect you with your body, mind, and nature through the four elements Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
Blending guided breathwork, the heat of the sauna, and the awakening of cold-water immersion, this session invites you to step away from stress and into a space of reset, recharge, and refocus, the RX4 way.
Each element is intentionally woven into the flow of the session:
🌍 Earth – Bring grounding breath and body awareness into presence for life
🌬️ Air – Use various powerful breath work techniques to clear mental fog and reset the nervous system.
🔥 Fire – Cleanse and detoxify in the wood fired sauna, activating energy and inner clarity.
